Terms of use
In plain language
This is a free tool to prepare a complaint draft in your name. There is no fee and no long sign-up. You enter with a phone and a one-time code. Nothing is sent to an external body unless you approve that recipient on the sending screen. In test mode the copy comes only to you. Use it only for a genuine matter. The draft is yours. If the terms change, the new text will appear on the site.

Terms of use for the site «תלונות נכים» (working name) 1. Nature of the service. The site is a free, not-for-profit computer tool that helps a person in Israel prepare a draft approach, complaint or request in their own name. Use is subject to these terms, the “tool, not representative” statement, the content-responsibility statement, the no-guarantee statement, the privacy policy, the sensitive-data consent, and the accessibility statement. 2. Eligibility. The service is for adults. A minor may use it only with a guardian’s help and consent. A family member, volunteer or social worker who assists you does not replace you as the account holder and filer. 3. Account. Sign-in is by Israeli mobile number and a one-time SMS or email code. There is no password. You are responsible for the sign-in device and for the recovery code shown once. Losing the device without the recovery code may make old content unreadable. 4. Sending to bodies. The site does not send anything to an external body without your explicit per-recipient approval on the sending screen. There is no bulk send. Recipients are proposed only from a directory of official contacts; addresses are never invented. If live sending is off (the default), a test copy goes only to your email. When live sending is on, mail goes to the approved recipient’s official address, one at a time, rate-limited. A body that only accepts a web form is shown as a copy-and-paste task — the site does not fill forms for you. It does not give legal advice, representation, a power of attorney, or a promise to meet deadlines. 5. Acceptable use. You may prepare a draft about a genuine matter of yours, or of a person you are lawfully authorised to assist. You must not enter deliberately false content, harass, impersonate, disrupt the system, or upload files you are not allowed to hold. 6. Intellectual property. The draft you edit belongs to you. Rights in the site software, design and the project’s legal texts belong to the project or its licensors. 7. Changes and suspension. The project may update these terms, suspend the service, or delete an account that breaches the terms, while keeping duties required by law. 8. Limited liability. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Israeli law, the project is not liable for indirect loss, a missed opportunity vis-à-vis a public or private body, or a failure of a network or external vendor. 9. Law and forum. The laws of the State of Israel apply. Courts in Israel have jurisdiction. 10. Contact. Questions about these terms — use the help button on the site.
