Definitions and method
These figures describe submissions made through this site after optional anonymous-statistics consent.
k = 5. Measurement window: 30 days (30).
- Mean: the sum of response days divided by the number of submissions that received a reply.
- Median: the number of days at which half of the replies were shorter or equal, and half were longer or equal.
- Shortest response: the smallest number of days until a reply timestamp in the group.
- Longest response: the largest number of days until a reply timestamp in the group.
- 30-day window: the share of submissions whose reply timestamp arrived within 30 days of submission.
- Never answered: a submission with no reply timestamp (neither automatic nor a manual mark).
- k-anonymity: a cell with fewer than five cases is not shown, to reduce identification.
- Only a non-test send that was actually submitted, whose owner consented to anonymous statistics, is counted.
- A topic is a closed category (for example physical access), not a quote from a complaint.
- Text, files, phone numbers, email addresses and test-mode sends are excluded.
- Companies are not scored. We may state which median is shorter within the same category.
- There are no example complaints.
